Over the past day, Russian troops lost another 950 soldiers in the war against Ukraine. Ukrainian forces also destroyed one helicopter and dozens of military vehicles.

The total combat losses of Russian troops from the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022 to 6 March 2026 amount to approximately 1,271,350 personnel. Over the previous day, losses amounted to 950 military personnel.

These figures were published by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

According to the General Staff, since the start of the full-scale war, the Russian army has lost 11,734 tanks, seven of them in the last 24 hours.

The number of armoured combat vehicles destroyed is 24,148, including six over the previous day. A total of 37,960 artillery systems have been destroyed, including 45 over the last day.

The losses of multiple launch rocket systems amount to 1,669 units, including two in the last 24 hours. 1,320 air defence systems have been destroyed, including one complex in the last 24 hours.

Also destroyed were 435 aircraft and 349 helicopters, one of which was lost by Russian troops over the past day.

In addition, the Ukrainian military destroyed 159,990 tactical-level drones, including 1,609 in the last 24 hours. The number of cruise missiles destroyed is 4,384.

The Russian fleet has lost 30 ships or boats and two submarines.

A total of 81,642 vehicles and tankers have also been destroyed, including 208 over the past day, as well as 4,080 units of special equipment, including one over the previous day.

The General Staff noted that the data is being verified.
