"This is the clearing of the Ukrainian market from the leading Ukrainian manufacturer," - confident company director Oleksandr Yaremenko.

He wrote about this on his Facebook.

It was previously reported that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau completed an investigation into the manufacturer of thermal imaging sights Archer. As a result of the investigation, a decision was made to close the case due to lack of evidence.

This was announced by the NABU press service: "As a result of the investigation, there was not enough evidence to indicate the presence of a criminal offense in the actions of the officials of the Ministry of Defense and the Archer company."

This decision of NABU was commented on by the head of Archer, Oleksandr Yaremenko.

"Almost three years of mockery of Archer have ended. NABU is lying about financial monitoring because the financial monitoring in the Czech Republic dealt with this issue in three weeks and did not interfere with our work. All cases regarding Archer in the Czech Republic have been closed long ago. As I wrote earlier, this case is completely staged."
"NABU is an instrument of a foreign country aimed at confiscating our drawings for inspection. Foreign experts checked everything and gave the order to stop persecuting Archer because they understood that this was a simple slander by a competitor's company," Yaremenko wrote.

"This is a purge of the Ukrainian market from the leading Ukrainian manufacturer, from high-quality military devices, which, in principle, has partially succeeded for criminals with the help of some NABU and SAP employees. For three years, the Ministry of Defense has not purchased Archer devices, and the military is supplied with foreign hunting equipment that does not withstand loads," concludes the head of Archer.
