MO will identify critically important defense industry enterprises
The relevant resolution was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense press center.
The criteria for determining critical importance of defense industry enterprises remain unchanged.
The status of critically important enterprises, obtained from the Ministry of Strategic Industries, remains valid for one year from the date of receipt, provided they are in the process of fulfilling relevant contracts.
Other defense industry enterprises can now apply for recognition as critically important by emailing the Ministry of Defense at: [email protected].
Enterprises and institutions officially recognized as critically important and fulfilling state contracts to ensure the Security and Defense Forces will be able to reserve 100% of their conscripted workers, as well as receive preferential loans at 5% for the development and scaling of production.
This will ensure that enterprises and organizations can continue to operate even in the most difficult wartime conditions, preserve innovative teams, and fulfill tasks for the Defense and State Forces.
«Protection of the personnel resources of defense enterprises is a matter of national security. Many key productions operate under the most difficult conditions to ensure the army receives modern weapons and equipment on time. We are improving conditions for their uninterrupted work,» emphasized Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Hvozdyar.
