The defence forces continue to repel the enemy’s offensive operations on various fronts.

Defence forces are repelling attempts by Russian troops to improve their position and advance deeper into Ukrainian territory, inflicting losses in personnel and equipment.

Over the past 24 hours, 134 combat engagements were recorded. Russian forces carried out 67 air strikes, dropped 285 guided bombs, deployed 9,266 kamikaze drones and fired 3,811 rounds at Ukrainian military positions and populated areas, 57 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.

Air strikes were recorded, in particular, in the areas of the settlements of Ivanivka, Velykomykhailivka, Kolomiitsy in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Svitla Dolyna, Kyivske, Vozdvyzhivka, Novoselivka, Kopani, Huliaipilske, Dolynka, Verkhnia Tersa, Tersyanka, Ostrivske, Komyshuvakha, Krynychne in the Zaporizhzhia region, as well as Volfyne in the Sumy region.

The Air Force, missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces struck 11 areas where personnel and equipment were concentrated, as well as one drone control centre.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, 103 shelling incidents were recorded, five of which involved the use of multiple launch rocket systems. The enemy carried out two air strikes using five guided bombs and launched one attack.

In the Southern Slobozhanskyi sector, Russian troops made five attempts to breach the defences in the directions of Starytsia, Vovchanski Khutory, Zybine and Okhrimivka.

In the Kupiansk direction, four attacks took place in the directions of Borivska Andriivka, Kupiansk, Novoplatonivka and Kivsharivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attempted to advance four times in the areas of Shyikivka, Dibrova, Serednye and Stavky.

In the Sloviansk sector, Ukrainian forces repelled seven attempted advances towards Zakitne, Riznykivka, Pazeno and Platonivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, three attempts to advance were recorded in the areas of Orikhovo-Vasylivka and Chasovyi Yar.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, the enemy carried out 12 attacks in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopil, Rusyn Yar, Sofiivka and Novopavlivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 29 assaults in the areas of Bilytske, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka and in the directions of Hryshyne, Shevchenko, Molodetske and Novopavlivka.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, five attacks were recorded in the areas of Ternove, Novohryhorivka, Krasnohirsk, and in the direction of Yegorivka.

In the Huliaipole sector, 15 attacks took place in the areas of Huliaipole, Solodke, Myrne, Olenokostiantynivka, Varvarivka, Zaliznychne and Staroukrainka.

In the Orikhiv sector, the enemy launched a single attack in the direction of Lukyanivka.

In the Dnipro direction, one attack was recorded in the area of Antonivsky Bridge.

In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of offensive groupings were detected.

In total, Russian forces suffered 970 casualties over the past 24 hours. One tank, five armoured fighting vehicles, 24 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, 1,999 unmanned aerial vehicles and 136 vehicles were also destroyed.
