Національний кешбек продовжили в Україні ще на два роки
This is set out in Government Resolution No. 559.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has agreed to the proposal from the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture to implement the pilot project ‘National Cashback’ from 1 May 2026 for the duration of martial law in Ukraine, but no later than 30 April 2028.
This step has been taken to stimulate the development of Ukrainian goods and services by providing state financial compensation to purchasers of Ukrainian-made goods and services.
The project is being implemented as part of the All-Ukrainian economic platform “Made in Ukraine”, according to the government resolution.
It is noted that within two months of the completion of the “National Cashback” project, the Ministry of Economy must submit a report to the Cabinet of Ministers.
Proposals for amendments to legislative acts will also be taken into account.
As is known, the national cashback programme also impacts the financial sector, promoting the development of cashless payments and the de-shadowing of the economy.
It was also reported that the NBU has published an updated macroeconomic forecast, in which it highlighted a slowdown in economic growth against the backdrop of difficulties in the energy sector and global instability in the Middle East.
