The heaviest fighting over the past 24 hours was reported in the Pokrovsk sector
The Pokrovsk direction was the hottest over the past 24 hours. There, Ukrainian forces repelled 36 assaults by Russian troops in the areas surrounding a number of settlements, including Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad, Rodynske and others.
Intense fighting was also observed in the Huliaipole sector, where 26 enemy attacks were recorded. A further 18 attacks took place in the Kostiantynivka sector.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy carried out 12 attacks, and in the Kupiansk sector, nine. Six attacks were recorded in the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, and four in the Lyman sector.
Fewer combat engagements took place in the Sloviansk sector, where Ukrainian forces repelled three attacks, and in the Prydniprovsk sector, where three assaults were recorded.
In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursky sectors, the enemy attacked four times. Four attempts to advance were also recorded in the Orikhiv sector.
There were no offensive operations in the Kramatorsk sector.
Overall, the heaviest fighting is concentrated in the east and south-east of the front, where the enemy is carrying out the greatest number of assaults.
