New potentially fraudulent investment schemes have been identified in Ukraine
The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) has added two more cases to its list of unreliable investment schemes. The list now contains 470 scam schemes.

This has been reported by the regulator’s press office.

The following have been added to the list of dubious investment projects:

  • ‘Alantra Capital Markets (ACM)’ – https://alantra-markets.com/;
  • “Evoltex” – https://evoltex.org/.

“Typical warning signs include the absence of licences and legal information about the founders, the concealment of official activity reports and the lack of state supervision, the use of aggressive advertising and promises of excessive returns, and the failure to disclose any risks of losing funds.
