The new star of the show “The Bachelor” is basketball player Vyacheslav Kravtsov

The creators of the romantic reality show “The Bachelor” have announced who will be the star of the show’s 15th season.
The new “Bachelor” will be Ukrainian basketball player Vyacheslav Kravtsov.
In a video posted on the show’s Instagram page, the athlete spoke about himself, his career and his business.
“I’m Slava Kravtsov, I’m 38 years old, I’m a professional basketball player… I’m number one in almost every statistic… The emotions are incredible – playing basketball for the honour of my country… I started buying ships when I was 26. It’s a big business now…”, said Kravtsov.
In the video, he was described as “over two metres of confidence and charisma”.
It is also reported that the basketball player divorced three years ago. He has a daughter, Melissa.
According to open sources, Vyacheslav Kravtsov was married to model and “Vice Miss Ukraine” titleholder Elina Rudenko. In 2020, the couple had a daughter, Melissa.
Vyacheslav Kravtsov is one of the few Ukrainian basketball players to have played in the NBA. He played for the Detroit Pistons and the Phoenix Suns.
Kravtsov also holds the Ukrainian national team record for the number of matches, points and rebounds.
He made his debut for the national team back in 2006. The basketballer has played at EuroBasket and the World Cup.
Throughout his career, Kravtsov has played in many countries – from Spain and Turkey to China and Japan. The article notes that this is a rarity even for professionals.
Earlier, the show’s host, Hryhoriy Reshetnyk, let slip who would be the star of “The Bachelor 2026”.
As reported by ThePublic, Ukrainian singer Vitaliy Kozlovskyi shared some rare family content and, for the first time in a long while, showed his sister Olena. The artist explained that she had looked after him since childhood and remains the person closest to him, whom he calls his “second mum”.
