The tax authorities warned about new rules for business
State Tax Service informs that the transitional period, during which reduced fines were in effect, will end on August 1. That is, fines will effectively increase to the amounts provided by legislative norms.
After the restoration of the right to apply fines for violations related to cash registers (registrars of calculations - RRO or PPRRO) in 2023, their amounts were reduced to 25% and 50% for the transitional period to adapt businesses to new conditions.
Thus, from the next month, these relaxations will cease to be valid. And fines for the absence of cash registers and non-issuance of receipts will again be collected in full:
- 100% - of the value of goods (works, services) for the first violation
- 150% - of the value for each subsequent violation
In this regard, businesses are urged to comply with the requirements for using cash registers in trade, public catering, and services.
For this, it is necessary to use only registered RRO/PPRRO or cash books. Also, to conduct calculations at the full value of goods and services, and to issue paper or electronic receipts.
