Russia launches missile strikes on Kharkiv: casualties reported

According to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, the missile strikes took place on Monday morning, 23 February. The Kholodnohirskyi and Osnovianskyi districts of the city were hit.
According to Suspilne, at least six explosions were heard in Kharkiv starting at approximately 6:30 a.m.
According to updated data from the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synyegubov, as of 7:54 a.m., the number of victims had risen to two.
In the Osnovyanskyi district, according to city authorities, at least one person was injured.
