Over the past day, Russian troops have lost 990 soldiers in the war against Ukraine. The total losses of the Russian army since the start of the full-scale invasion have exceeded 1.27 million people.

The total combat losses of Russian troops in the war against Ukraine from 24 February 2022 to 11 March 2026 amount to approximately 1,275,980 personnel. Over the past day, the Russian army lost 990 soldiers.

These figures were released by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the military, the Russian army also lost five tanks and three armoured combat vehicles in the past 24 hours.

In addition, 61 artillery systems and one multiple launch rocket system were destroyed.

In total, since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia has lost 11,763 tanks, 24,177 armoured combat vehicles and 38,263 artillery systems.

Russian forces have also lost 1,680 multiple launch rocket systems and 1,328 air defence systems.

According to the General Staff, Russia has lost 435 aircraft and 349 helicopters.

In addition, 170,966 tactical-level drones and 4,403 cruise missiles have been destroyed.

The Russian fleet has lost 31 ships or boats and 2 submarines.

A total of 82,791 vehicles and tankers and 4,088 units of special equipment were also destroyed.

The General Staff noted that the data is being verified.
