The Russian military has attacked at least 935 port infrastructure facilities since the start of the full-scale war. People have also been injured.

This was announced by Oleksii Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Recovery and Minister for Community and Territorial Development.

According to him, the Russians are continuing their systematic attacks on Ukraine’s logistics infrastructure. In April 2026, over 500 drone attacks were recorded. Ports, Kuleba claims, were under fire virtually every other day.

“Since the start of the full-scale invasion, 935 port infrastructure facilities have been damaged or partially destroyed, 191 civilian vessels have been affected, and 255 people have been injured,” he noted.

Despite the shelling, the minister said that since the start of this year, almost 35 million tonnes of cargo have been transported via seaports. Ukrainian goods have reached 56 countries around the world, he said.

It should be noted that the minister also claimed that this year the Russians have already launched ten times more drones at Ukrainian ports than last year. He reported that 75 Russian UAVs were recorded in the first four months of last year, whereas this year the Russian army has already launched over 800.

It was also previously reported that since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia has killed 707 children in Ukraine, with a further 2,548 wounded.
