Russian attacks on regions across Ukraine have resulted in deaths and injuries
Kharkiv Region
Two people were injured in Kharkiv following a Russian strike in the Kholodnohirskyi district. According to Oleg Synyegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, two men aged 40 and 30 suffered blast injuries. Both were hospitalised in a serious condition.
Also in Kharkiv, a second Russian strike occurred whilst the aftermath of the shelling was being dealt with. According to Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, five rescuers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine were killed, and at least five more people were injured.
It was later clarified that the dead included four SES rescuers and one civil protection specialist from the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. They were working at the site of the Russian strike when the enemy attacked the people again.
Kyiv region
As a result of the massive attack, damage has been reported in five districts of the Kyiv region. According to Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, three people were injured.
In the Boryspil district, a man sustained cuts to his foot, a woman suffered a concussion, and a boy born in 2011 was diagnosed by medics with an acute stress reaction. All received treatment at the scene.
In the Brovary district, a multi-storey residential building, three cars and storage facilities were damaged. In the Vyshhorod district, damage was reported on the premises of a private household.
In the Fastiv district, a fire broke out in a private house and a car was damaged. In the Bucha district, storage facilities were damaged, and in the Boryspil district, a private residential building was also damaged.
According to the State Emergency Service, a warehouse building covering an area of over 1,000 square metres was on fire in the Bucha district. In the Fastiv and Boryspil districts, fires broke out in private houses and a car. All fires have been extinguished.
Zaporizhzhia region
Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out 749 strikes on 46 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported that two people were killed and nine others injured as a result of attacks on the Zaporizhzhia district.
There were also 61 reports of damage to homes, vehicles and infrastructure.
Dnipropetrovsk region
Russian forces attacked five districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region nearly 30 times, using drones, artillery, missiles and aerial bombs.
In Dnipro, businesses, a college, a cultural institution and infrastructure facilities were damaged. A 64-year-old man was injured and hospitalised in a moderately serious condition.
In the Nikopol district, the district centre, as well as the Pokrovska and Chervonohryhorivska communities, came under attack. A clinic, a market, an educational institution and a block of flats were damaged.
In the Synelnykivskyi district, a business, an educational institution, a block of flats and a private house were damaged.
In the Zelenodolsk community in the Kryvyi Rih region, a business was damaged. A 46-year-old man was injured and is in hospital in a moderately serious condition.
In the Pavlohrad district, Russian troops struck the Troitska community. A private house and cars were damaged.
Donetsk region
According to Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Russian troops killed two residents of the region on 14 June.
The men were killed in Novodonetsk and Bilozerske. A further 11 residents of the region were injured.
Sumy region
In the Sumy region, three people, including one child, were injured as a result of a Russian attack.
An apartment block and a non-residential building were damaged. State Emergency Service climbers dismantled the damaged structures that were hanging loose after the strike.
Due to the threat of a repeat attack, the rescue workers temporarily suspended their work and moved to a safe location.
