The Ukrainian Armed Forces have reported that the Russian army has suffered over 1.3 million casualties since the start of the full-scale war
Total combat losses among Russian forces since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, from 24 February 2022 to 17 June 2026, amount to approximately 1,386,680 personnel. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian personnel losses over the past 24 hours totalled 1,260 soldiers.
The Russian army has also lost 12,033 tanks, seven of which were destroyed or put out of action over the past 24 hours. The number of armoured fighting vehicles lost has reached 24,775, including seven over the past 24 hours.
Total losses of artillery systems amount to 44,169 units, 51 of which were lost over the past 24 hours. Russian forces have also lost 1,874 multiple launch rocket systems, including two over the past 24 hours, and 1,427 air defence systems.
Aircraft losses remain at 436 aeroplanes and 353 helicopters. The number of operational-tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles destroyed has risen to 355,593, of which 2,052 were lost over the past 24 hours.
The list of Russian losses also includes 4,783 cruise missiles, 33 ships and boats, two submarines, 107,994 vehicles and tankers, as well as 4,303 units of specialised equipment.
Separately, the General Staff reported the loss of 1,677 ground-based robotic systems, ten of which were lost over the past 24 hours.
