Russian military casualties have exceeded 1.35 million
Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have lost 920 troops in the war against Ukraine. The Defence Forces have also destroyed dozens of pieces of military equipment and nearly 1,900 drones.
Total combat losses among Russian troops since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine amount to approximately 1,352,070 personnel.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian army lost 920 soldiers in the past 24 hours alone.
The Ukrainian military has also destroyed:
- 11,943 tanks, including three in the last 24 hours
- 24,586 armoured fighting vehicles, including two in the last 24 hours
- 42,400 artillery systems, including 60 in the last 24 hours
- 1,795 multiple launch rocket systems, including three in the last 24 hours
- 1,388 air defence systems, including two in the last 24 hours
In addition, the Russian army has lost:
- 436 aircraft
- 353 helicopters
- 1,432 ground-based robotic systems, including six in the last 24 hours
- 301,072 tactical-level drones, including 1,873 in the last 24 hours
- 4,632 cruise missiles
- 33 ships and boats
- 2 submarines
Also, according to the General Staff, Russian forces have lost 97,868 vehicles and tankers, including 268 in the last 24 hours, as well as 4,206 pieces of specialist equipment, including four in the last 24 hours.
