Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Syrskyi with unit commanders
The operational situation in the east remains difficult. Russian troops are increasing pressure, bringing in reserves and attempting to break through the Ukrainian Armed Forces defences, actively employing small infantry group tactics.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi reported that he continues to work directly in the Pokrovsk and Ocheretine directions, where the enemy is currently concentrating its main offensive efforts. According to him, over the past week alone, about 400 combat clashes have been recorded in these areas of the front.

The aggressor continues to attempt a breakthrough, increasing pressure and building up reserves. The key task of the Ukrainian forces remains to inflict maximum losses on the enemy, destroy its reserves and consistently reduce its offensive potential.

During field work with unit commanders, the course of combat operations is analysed in detail. Russian troops continue to use the tactic of advancing in small infantry groups, which requires constant monitoring of the battlefield, clear coordination between units and flexible tactical decisions.

The command pays special attention to strengthening unmanned systems units. This primarily involves the use of strike drones to target the occupiers, as well as the development of logistics with the involvement of robotic complexes. According to Syrsky, the scaling of modern technologies directly affects the effectiveness of combat operations and helps to save the lives of Ukrainian military personnel.

The Commander-in-Chief thanked the servicemen for their coordinated teamwork, professionalism and effective destruction of enemy forces.
