Gunfire on a school yard in Lviv: what is known about the incident
As reported by ThePublic.info, citing Lviv Region Police, an incident occurred in Lviv involving two parents of primary school students who study in the same class and previously had a conflict. Initially, the men met in the director's office together with a social worker, but the conversation did not yield results, and the dispute was continued in the school yard.
The altercation escalated into a fight, after which one of the participants drew traumatic weapons and fired approximately four shots — into the stomach and leg of the other man.
Medical personnel arrived at the scene, and the victim was hospitalized. Both participants sought medical assistance. Law enforcement opened a criminal case under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
ThePublic.info also notes that the incident in Lviv is not an isolated case. Previously, in Poltava region, a conscript opened fire at a collection point, and in Vinnytsia, a man was wounded during a conflict near a shopping center.
