The Halytskyi District Court of Lviv removed from the register all decisions related to the murder of former Verkhovna Rada Speaker and current MP Andriy Parubiy.

Evidence of this is found in the court registry, reports ThePublic.info citing Ukrainian News.

By criminal case number, case number, and keywords, it is now impossible to find any decisions or materials. All materials are therefore classified. The reasons for this decision are unknown. All decisions regarding the murder of Parubiy that were previously public have been removed from the court registry.

Added (19:45): As reported by "Ukrainian Pravda," the investigation has restricted public access to court decisions in the case of the murder of former Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andriy Parubiy, as disclosure of certain investigation details "will negatively affect the conduct of investigative and procedural actions." The publication quotes a comment from the Security Service of Ukraine:

"It should be noted that disclosing certain pre-trial investigation details will negatively impact the conduct of investigative (search) and procedural actions aimed at establishing all circumstances of the committed crime, and may also have negative consequences for the personal safety of participants in the criminal proceedings. Considering these factors, the investigator has decided to restrict public access to the Unified State Register of Court Decisions in this case. This is done in accordance with the requirements of criminal procedural legislation."
