Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have been involved in 236 combat engagements along the front line. The highest number of attacks was recorded in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole sectors.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported that the 1,546th day of Russia’s large-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops launched one missile strike using 22 missiles and carried out 72 air strikes, during which they dropped 225 guided bombs.

In addition, the Russian army deployed 9,794 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,201 attacks on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas. Of these, 48 were carried out using multiple launch rocket systems.

The Ukrainian Defence Forces’ air force, missile forces and artillery struck four areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, a command post, three drone control centres and three other key enemy targets.

Situation on the front lines

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Russian forces carried out three air strikes using six guided bombs and conducted 88 shelling attacks, including two using MLRS.

On the Southern Slobozhansky sector, the enemy attacked Ukrainian positions seven times in the areas of Starytsia, Vilcha, Prylipka, Veterinarne, and towards Hrafske and Karaichne.

In the Kupiansk direction, five attacks were recorded towards Kurylivka, Petropavlivka, Kivsharivka and Novoplatonivka.

In the Lyman direction, Russian troops attempted 14 times to break through the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ defences in the areas of Stavky, Zarichne, Drobysheve, Novosergiivka and towards Ozerny and Dibrova.

In the Sloviansk sector, three assaults were launched towards the Raion of Oleksandrivka and Kaleniky.

No combat engagements were recorded in the Kramatorsk sector.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, Russian forces carried out 18 attacks in the areas of Ivanopil, Illinivka, Pleshchiivka, Vilne, Toretsk, Berestok, Stepanivka and towards Kostiantynivka and Kuchero-Yar.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 40 enemy assaults towards Dorozhne, Shevchenko, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novosergiivka, Molodetske, Filiia, Bilytske, Nikanorivka and Pokrovsk.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, one attack was recorded towards Voronne.

In the Huliaipole sector, Russian forces carried out 22 attacks towards Zlagoda, Novozaporizhzhia, Charivne, Tsvitkove, Rivne, Zaliznychne, Rybne, Staroukrainka and Hirke.

In the Orikhiv sector, Ukrainian forces repelled one attempt by the enemy to advance in the area of Shcherbakiv.

In the Dnipro direction, the enemy launched four attacks towards Antonivka and Bilohrudyi Island.

In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of Russian forces forming offensive groups have been detected.

Russian military losses

According to the General Staff, the Russian army lost 1,140 troops over the past 24 hours.

Ukrainian forces also destroyed one tank, one armoured fighting vehicle, 78 artillery systems, 11 ground-based robotic systems, four missiles, 2,142 drones, 262 vehicles and two pieces of specialist equipment.
