US President Donald Trump has responded to the large-scale Russian attack on Ukraine on 16 April. He described the attack as horrific and said he would like to see the situation resolved, but that Washington is currently focused on Iran.

US President Donald Trump commented on Russia’s massive combined attack on Ukraine on the night of 16 April.

During a conversation with journalists, he was asked about his reaction to Russia’s night-time attack on Kyiv. In response, Trump said he considered it appalling.

He also stated that he would like to see the situation in Ukraine resolved, noting that many people are dying there. At the same time, the US President acknowledged that the United States is currently more focused on Iran.

According to Trump, the situation in Ukraine is evolving, and it remains to be seen what will happen next. He added that the US is currently very focused on Iran to see if it can bring this matter to a conclusion.

In total, as a result of the Russian strike on Ukraine on 16 April, at least 15 people were killed, according to the data provided.

Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa and other towns and cities were hit. In Kyiv, in particular, 11-year-old Maksym was killed in his bedroom.

Also in the capital, a car dealership selling luxury vehicles was hit by a Russian strike, killing two employees.

In Odesa, according to available information, nine people were killed and at least 23 others were injured.

In Dnipro, five people were killed and nearly 30 were injured as a result of the strike.
