The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has launched a new service, “Data from the Veterans’ Register”, in the Veteran Pro section of the “Diia” app, and has also updated the electronic Veteran’s Certificate. According to Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, the government is developing a policy of accessible digital services for veterans to ensure that accessing these services is as simple and convenient as possible.

This was announced by Ukraine’s Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has launched a new service, “Data from the Veterans’ Register”, in the Veteran Pro section of the “Diia” app and updated the e-Veteran Certificate.

According to Yulia Svyrydenko, the government is developing a policy of accessible digital services for veterans. She emphasised that accessing these services should be as convenient and straightforward as possible.

What has changed in the e-Veteran Certificate

The government has updated the e-Veteran Certificate. The digital certificate is now generated automatically based on an entry in the Unified State Register of War Veterans, which is maintained by military units.

As Svyrydenko explained, this update makes it possible to use services on ‘Dii’ immediately after being granted veteran status. In other words, there is no longer any need to wait for a paper document and for its number to be entered into the register.

What new service has been launched on “Diia”

In addition, the government has launched a new service, “Data from the Veterans’ Register”, in the Veteran Pro section.

According to the Prime Minister, it is now possible to view one’s own data from the veterans’ register to check its accuracy and, if necessary, make changes via this service.

At the same time, she clarified that only the data viewing function will be available in the first phase.

What else the government considers a priority

Yulia Svyrydenko emphasised that online services for veterans are only part of broader government initiatives.

Among the priority tasks, she said, is providing veterans with the necessary conditions for rapid rehabilitation and subsequent integration into civilian life.

The Prime Minister noted that this is part of a seamless transition from military service to civilian life.

As reported by ThePublic, during 2025, the proportion of Ukrainian companies implementing projects to help veterans return to professional life fell significantly – from 43% to 30%.
