In Kyiv, the train driver will appear before the court for injuring an 82-year-old passenger

The penalty for this article provides for up to 7 years of imprisonment.
Investigators from the Dnipro Police Department of Kyiv participated in the investigation.
At the same time, it is emphasized that according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
