On the night of 31 December, drones attacked a port pier, an oil refinery and a gas pipe in Tuapse. An oil depot in Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region, was also hit.

In Russia, drones attacked the city of Tuapse on the night of 31 December. According to the regional operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory, the drones damaged a berth in the port, equipment at an oil refinery, and a gas pipe in a residential area. This is reported by a number of telegram channels.

According to official data, a fire broke out on one of the berths, and equipment on the territory of the refinery was burning over an area of about 300 square metres.

Ukrainian monitoring telegram channels reported a strong fire in the area of the refinery and possible damage to the primary oil processing unit AVT 12. This is a key unit for atmospheric vacuum distillation of raw materials. The estimated capacity of the unit is about 12 million tonnes per year. The plant operates in a single complex with the Tuapse sea terminal and is part of the Rosneft oil company. There is no official confirmation of this information from the Russian authorities.

Separately, there were reports of damage to an oil depot in the Yaroslavl region, in particular in Rybinsk. These were facilities for storing oil products and aviation fuel from the Russian Federal Reserve. No official statements from the Russian side regarding these facilities have been made public so far
