A one-year moratorium on business inspections will be introduced in Ukraine
The new Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko, held her first government meeting and meetings with key ministers. The initial priorities have already been established.
According to the Prime Minister, the government, together with security forces and the RBNO coordination, is preparing a decision that will give businesses more freedom. Specifically, a one-year moratorium on inspections is planned. She wrote about this on Facebook.
"This issue has already been discussed with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy - his directive is clear: to give more freedom to internal economic forces. This also means continuing the formalization of the economy, ensuring equal conditions that benefit legitimate businesses," - writes the head of government.
In addition, an audit of criminal cases against businesses has already begun. The priority is to close unfounded proceedings that block entrepreneurial activity.
"New cases will only be authorized by the Prosecutor General or regional and district leaders," - the message states.
