Apartment prices have increased in Ukraine
In Ukraine, apartment prices continue to gradually rise. In the second quarter of 2025, housing prices were nearly 15% higher compared to last year.

According to data from the State Statistics Service.

It is reported that on the primary market, housing prices increased by 16.7%, and on the secondary market – by 14.8%.

In terms of planning, the prices for "primary" one-room apartments increased by 16.6%, two-room apartments by 16.7%, and three-room apartments by 15.5%.

It is noted that the price of housing that was already owned and used increased by 14.2%, 14.2%, and 13.6% respectively.

The change in housing prices in the second quarter of 2025 was:

  • overall 16.7% ;
  • for one-room apartments – 16.6%;
  • for two-room apartments – 16.7%;
  • for three-room apartments – 15.5%.

Compared to the first quarter of 2025, housing prices in the second quarter increased by nearly 4%.

"As of the first quarter of 2025, housing prices in Ukraine increased by 11.2% year-on-year," – reported the State Statistics Service.
