Volodymyr Horbatyuk met with Zelenskyy again: what did they discuss?

What Zelenskyy discussed with Gorbatyuk
During the meeting, Zelenskyy and Horbatyuk reviewed Ukraine’s defence strategy, as well as the details of cooperation with international partners.
They paid particular attention to the implementation of agreements on the supply of essential aid. According to the President, the implementation of these agreements needs to be accelerated.
“A substantive meeting with Volodymyr Horbatyuk,” Zelenskyy summarised.
This is the second publicly announced conversation between the President and Horbatyuk in two days.
During the previous meeting on 19 July, the Deputy Chief of the General Staff reported on the implementation of agreements with partners and the regularity of supplies to the Defence Forces. At the time, Zelenskyy identified the strengthening of air defence and the full fulfilment of contracts for the production of all types of drones as the main priorities.
What the President discussed with Drapati
Zelenskyy also met again with Mykhailo Drapaty, Commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The President did not disclose all the details of the conversation, but said that the parties had managed to discuss a number of issues. The Head of State emphasised the need to make coordinated use of the expertise of all components of the Ukrainian Defence Forces.
The day before, Drapatiy had briefed the President on the combat situation in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
Biletsky reported on the situation at the front
Zelenskyy held another meeting with Andriy Biletskyi, commander of the 3rd Army Corps.
Biletskyi presented a detailed report on the situation in the sector for which the corps’ units are responsible. The parties also discussed Ukraine’s prospects on the front line and the strategy for further action.
The President described the conversation as thorough and noted Biletsky’s comprehensive understanding of the situation on the front line.
In his posts, Zelenskyy did not announce any personnel decisions nor did he indicate that the meetings were linked to possible changes in the military leadership.
