Enemy losses amounted to over a thousand troops and 64 artillery systems in the past 24 hours

Total losses among Russian forces since the start of the full-scale invasion have exceeded 1.3 million. Over the past 24 hours, a further 1,040 soldiers have been killed.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the total combat losses of Russian troops from 24 February 2022 to 9 April 2026 amount to approximately 1,307,540 personnel. Of these, 1,040 were recorded over the past 24 hours.

The Russian army has also lost 11,847 tanks, one in the past 24 hours. The number of armoured combat vehicles stands at 24,370, with two lost in the past 24 hours.

Losses of artillery systems have reached 39,689 units, 64 of which were lost in the last 24 hours. There are 1,724 multiple launch rocket systems recorded, one lost in the last 24 hours.

Air defence assets total 1,341 units. 435 aircraft and 350 helicopters have been destroyed.

The number of tactical-level drones has risen to 227,539, with 2,238 recorded over the past 24 hours. 4,517 cruise missiles have been recorded.

Russian forces have also lost 33 ships or boats and two submarines.

There are 88,332 vehicles and tankers, 229 of which were lost in the last 24 hours. 4,119 units of specialised equipment were lost, two of which were lost in the last 24 hours.
