Yermak’s Pledge: YouControl has uncovered links among donor companies
YouControl has analysed the companies and legal entities that contributed funds towards Yermak’s bail
YouControl has analysed the companies and legal entities listed as guarantors for Andriy Yermak, the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. The sum in question is 140 million hryvnias, which, according to media reports, was provided by seven individuals and seven legal entities.

YouControl reported this on Facebook. Ukrainian media outlets also reported on the payment of the bail.

YouControl investigated the companies mentioned among the legal entities that contributed funds towards the 140 million hryvnia bail for Andriy Yermak, the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

According to media reports, the bail money was sent by seven individuals and seven legal entities.

What YouControl investigated

Analysts looked at the financial performance of some of the companies, as well as the links between their owners or shareholders and political, business or legal affairs.

Among the companies included in the analysis is Miralif LLC. It contributed 9.8 million UAH. The company is registered in Sofiivska Borshchahivka and, according to analysts, has a registered capital of over 82 million UAH. At the same time, its net income for 2025 amounted to 1.55 million UAH.

YouControl noted that Valentin Krutko, the director and shareholder of Miralif LLC, was previously associated with VITA-DKD LLC, which was part of the Roman Rebrov Group corporate group.

Companies that contributed funds

A further 30 million UAH was transferred as a deposit by the Scientific and Research Forensic Expert Institution. YouControl stated that the beneficiary of this legal entity is Volodymyr Ivankov, and his details match the information on the arbitration manager published in the state register.

The list also mentions the law firm “A.DVA.KA.T”, which transferred 4 million UAH. According to analysts, the company has not published financial statements in recent years. Among its members is Yaroslav Kuts, a former member of the Irpin City Council.

Separately, YouControl analysed the construction company “SU ‘Sem’ LLC”, which contributed 32 million UAH. According to YouControl, the ownership structure of this company includes an enterprise linked to Semen Tokarev, a former member of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council.

Among the collateral providers, “SV-Group” is also mentioned. According to the analysis, it declared zero net income in 2025.

In addition, the list includes the law firm “De Lege Lata”, linked to the husband of a judge at the Dniprovskyi District Court of Kyiv.

What people are saying about open data

Analysts at YouControl stated that this case demonstrates the importance of open government data and the ability to analyse corporate links.

The company also warned that provisions of the new draft Civil Code No. 15150 could restrict access to such information.

“If these provisions are adopted without changes, such analysis of companies, their connections and the coverage of cases of public importance will become impossible,” the analysts stated.

YouControl added that it has already proposed its own amendments to the document. In particular, these relate to preserving the ability to analyse open data on legal entities.

What is known about the bail

The full amount of bail set by the court – 140 million hryvnias – has been paid for former Head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak.

According to media reports, a further 9.8 million hryvnias was paid for the former head of the President’s Office to be released on bail.

It was also reported that 8 million UAH of the 140 million UAH bail for former Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak is to be paid by his former business partner and acting director of the Babyn Yar National Historical and Memorial Reserve, Roza Tapanova.

Andriy Yermak himself stated that he did not have the funds to pay the bail after a preventive measure was imposed on him.

According to “Schemes”, citing sources in law enforcement agencies, seven companies paid over 94 million hryvnias in bail for the former head of the President’s Office over the weekend. Thanks to the funds paid, on 18 May Yermak was released from the detention centre, where he had been held for several days.

As reported by ThePublic, the full amount of bail was paid for Yermak — he was released from the detention centre (VIDEO).
