YouTube blogger received a prison sentence for inciting violence against the RMRC
In Chernihiv region, a blogger was sentenced to five years in prison for calls to disrupt mobilization and to resist law enforcement officers of the RMRC. As reported by ThePublic.info citing the Chernihiv Regional RMRC, the man used his YouTube channel with over 7.6 thousand subscribers to spread destructive information and calls to aggression.
According to law enforcement, the 40-year-old blogger presented his videos as "consultations," but in fact, they contained instructions on how to oppose RMRC officers, foster hostile attitudes towards the military, and incite violent resistance.
The SBU conducted a linguistic examination, which confirmed the presence of direct calls to forceful actions against representatives of the territorial recruitment centers in the video materials.
Based on the collected evidence, the blogger was found guilty under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

Part 1 of Article 114-1 — Obstruction of the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period,

Part 1 of Article 161 — Violation of equal rights of citizens on the basis of nationality, race, or religion.
The court sentenced him to five years of imprisonment, and his activities on social networks may also be restricted after serving the sentence.
