The President of Ukraine announced the launch of a comprehensive cleaning and renewal of the energy management system of Ukraine.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the launch of comprehensive cleaning and renewal of Ukraine's energy management system. He wrote about this following an online meeting with Ukraine's Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko. 

First – instructed the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to submit an urgent bill to the Verkhovna Rada to update the composition of the National Commission that regulates the energy and utility sectors. 

Second – renewal of the leadership of the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate and the State Energy Supervision Inspectorate. 

Third – instructed the Prime Minister to submit to the Verkhovna Rada a nomination for the head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. 

Fourth – in full cooperation with law enforcement and anti-corruption agencies, ensure the renewal of the Asset Search and Management Agency and promptly complete the competition for the head of ARMA so that the new agency head can be appointed by the end of this year. 

Fifth – promptly conduct an audit and prepare assets and shares in assets that belonged to Russian entities and collaborators who fled to Russia for sale. All such objects must operate at one hundred percent in the interests of Ukraine, to ensure our defense and fill Ukraine's budget.
