I can't explain how we lost our sovereignty in the decision-making process
At what point, whilst defending the country against a fierce and ruthless enemy, did we shoot ourselves in the foot and the lungs, leaving us unable to move forward and unable to breathe freely?
Don’t be surprised. I’m talking about the competitions for positions involving our partners.
By granting them the right, on our behalf, to destroy the opportunity for decent and honourable people to enter the executive branch.
We drafted laws at their request.
Consulting with them and defending every lawful and fair element of the selection process for these posts.
But the result is devastating and crushes all hope.
The highest score.
A single candidate.
Four members of the commission vote ‘for’.
Among them, one international expert votes ‘for’.
A worthy and highly qualified candidate.
And he is not appointed because, among the four who voted ‘for’, there must be not one but two international experts.
The strange thing is that they voted twice.
And both times the result was the same.
Four in favour against two against.
But that’s not even the point.
For the commission to reach a decision and announce a new competition, it must be supported by three members of the commission.
But there are only two.
And those two are against the candidate.
And there is no third person to announce a new competition.
What a mess.
The candidate’s whole problem is that he is an OP employee.
And his name is Viktor Dubovyk...
He’s the only one who went through the whole process and got the highest score.
I can’t explain this to anyone.
