The SBU and the National Police have announced the arrest in Poltava of two 16-year-old local residents suspected of plotting a terrorist attack against Ukrainian military personnel. According to the investigation, the minors, acting on instructions from the Russian Federation, had manufactured a homemade explosive device and were planning to plant it under a military vehicle.

Ukraine and Spain have signed agreements on a joint railway project designed to speed up the transport of export goods to the EU. The Ukrainian Defence Forces have shot down a new, rare Russian “Klin” drone, the specifications of which were outlined by Sergei Beskrestnov, an expert in electronic warfare and communications systems and an adviser to the Minister of Defence. According to him, the drone has a payload of up to 5 kg, is capable of automatically locking onto a target and carrying out an aerial strike, and is equipped with a modern battery using the new Li-AFB technology.
This was the first visit to Ukraine by a NATO delegation of this calibre since the start of the full-scale war; it was led by Admiral Pierre Vandier, the Supreme Commander of the Alliance’s Joint Forces for Transformation.
