Ukrainian singer Anna Trincher has responded to a new song by her ex-husband Oleksandr Voloshin, in which he once again touches on the history of their relationship and divorce. Following questions from her followers, the singer commented on the track briefly and ironically, without publicly escalating the situation.

Oleksandr Voloshin has released a snippet of a new song dedicated to his ex-wife, Anna Trincher.

In the video, he used archive footage of the couple. Among them were clips from their joint video about their break-up.

In the track’s lyrics, Voloshin revisits the themes of their love, their divorce and nostalgia for their past relationship. The song’s message suggests he is simultaneously trying to let go of this chapter whilst keeping it in his memory.

The song features the line “you’re still there”, as well as a motif suggesting that the couple will remain together only in the footage.

How did Anna Trincher react?

Anna Trincher did not comment on the song’s release for some time.

After a wave of questions from her followers, the singer did eventually respond publicly. She adopted an ironic tone and chose not to make a conflict out of it.

“I understand. It would be a sin not to miss a woman like that,” said Trincher.
