High pressure brought calm weather: what Ukrainians can expect in the coming days
According to the forecast of meteorologist Natalka Didenko, today, December 4th, no significant precipitation is expected in the country, and weather phenomena will remain calm and minimally dynamic.
Currently, the main atmospheric processes are concentrated far from Ukraine — over the Mediterranean, Atlantic, and neighboring regions, where rain is forecasted, and snow may occur in mountainous areas. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian weather is influenced by dry air from an anticyclone, so only occasional local fog or slight haze is possible.
The air temperature today will be stable: in most regions +4…+8°C, in the south — warmer, up to +12°C. The wind is southeast, mostly moderate, occasionally gusty. In the capital, there will also be no serious precipitation, with daytime temperatures ranging from +5…+7°C.
According to the meteorologist, no significant changes in the weather are expected in the coming days. From December 5–6, a slight decrease in temperature is possible, but from December 9, a new warming is expected. The first noticeable precipitation is forecasted closer to December 9–10 — mainly in the form of rain.
For now, the country maintains an anticyclonic weather pattern: dry, relatively warm for the beginning of winter, and without sharp atmospheric fluctuations.
