France’s First Lady, Brigitte Macron, nearly lost her balance during a group photo session at the G7 summit. US President Donald Trump, who was standing nearby, steadied her.

The incident took place during the G7 summit in the French town of Évian-les-Bains.

As the leaders and guests took their places for a group photo, Brigitte Macron attempted to climb onto the platform.

At that moment, she lost her balance because of her high heels and grabbed hold of Donald Trump, who was standing nearby.

The video shows that the US President supported the First Lady of France and prevented her from falling.

Afterwards, Brigitte Macron smiled, although she looked concerned. Donald Trump showed almost no emotion in public.

Standing next to the First Lady of France at that moment was her husband, the President of France, Emmanuel Macron.

It was he, together with Brigitte Macron, who welcomed the guests to the G7 summit in France.
