Can reserved men travel abroad on vacation
Men who have a reservation have the right to travel abroad – for business trips as well as for vacations. This was stated on the telemarathon broadcast by the spokesperson of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Andriy Demchenko.

Demchenko explained that booked men aged 18 to 60 cannot go on vacation if they hold certain government positions and fall under clause 2.14 of the Border Crossing Rules.

This clause establishes the sole legal grounds for officials to cross the Ukrainian border during martial law, namely — official business trip.

“And if the relevant structure they work for has provided information to the State Border Guard Service that they hold appropriate government positions, crossing the border is only possible for an official business trip,” he said.

However, as Demchenko explained, other booked men can go abroad on vacation. However — they must have documents indicating that the structure that booked them provides the opportunity to take a vacation abroad.
