The Ukrainian defence forces continue to repel the Russian offensive and inflict casualties on the enemy across various fronts. Over the past 24 hours, intense fighting and heavy shelling have been reported.

The 1,518th day of Russia’s large-scale armed aggression against Ukraine is now underway.

Defence forces are repelling attempts by Russian troops to improve their position and advance deeper into Ukrainian territory, inflicting losses on the enemy in terms of manpower and equipment.

Over the past 24 hours, 174 combat engagements have been recorded.

During this time, the enemy launched one missile strike, fired two missiles, carried out 78 air strikes, dropping 239 guided bombs. In addition, 8,953 kamikaze drones were deployed and 3,232 attacks were carried out on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas, 101 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.

Air strikes were carried out, in particular, in the areas around the settlements of Gavrylivka, Malomykhailivka, Kolomiitsy, and Pokrovske in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, as well as Tsvitkove, Vozdvyzhka, Rybalske, Lisne, Rivne, Novoselivka, Charivne, Dolynka, Zelen, Zarichne, Malokaterynivka, and Orikhiv in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

The Defence Forces’ aviation, missile forces and artillery struck 10 areas where enemy personnel and equipment were concentrated, as well as three artillery pieces.

In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk sectors, the enemy carried out five air strikes, dropped nine guided bombs and conducted 73 shelling attacks, two of which were from multiple launch rocket systems. Three assault operations were recorded.

In the Southern Slobozhanskyi sector, Russian troops made five attempts to breach defences in the areas of Vovchansk, Starytsia, Vovchanski Khutory and Vilcha.

In the Kupiansk direction, 17 attacks were recorded in the areas of Kupiansk, Petropavlivka, Kolisnykivka, Nova Kruhlyakivka, Kivsharivka and Novoosynove.

In the Lyman sector, the enemy attempted to breach the defences four times in the directions of Chervonyi Stav, Drobysheve and Dibrova.

In the Sloviansk sector, Ukrainian forces repelled two attempts to advance in the Yampil area and towards Rai Oleksandrivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, one attack was recorded in the area of Minkivka.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, the enemy carried out 19 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopil, Illinivka, Yablunivka, Oleksandro Shultyn, Novopavlivka, Stepanivka and Sofiivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 30 assaults in the areas of Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Molodetske, Filiia, and in the directions of Bilytske, Shevchenko, Novyi Shakhovyi, Kucherove Yar, Vasylivka, and Novopavlivka.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, five attacks were recorded in the directions of Kalynivka, Oleksandrohrad and Zlagoda.

In the Huliaipole sector, 22 attacks took place in the directions of Dobropillia, Tsvitkove, Zaliznychne, Hirke, Myrne, Staroukrainka, Olenokostiantynivka, Huliaipole and in the Huliaipole area.

No active hostilities were recorded in the Orikhiv sector.

In the Dnipro sector, the enemy carried out three unsuccessful assaults in the direction of the Antonivsky Bridge.

In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of offensive groupings being formed were detected.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces suffered 1,040 casualties. Seven armoured combat vehicles, 82 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, 1,905 tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles and 192 vehicles were also destroyed.
