The first semi-final of the 70th anniversary Eurovision Song Contest has come to an end in Vienna. Representatives from 15 countries competed for a place in the grand final, but only ten contestants made it through.

ThePublic followed the first semi-final of Eurovision 2026 and reveals who made it through to the final.

Who made it to the Eurovision 2026 final

After all the performances, the audience and the jury selected ten contestants who will continue to compete for the title:

  • Greece
  • Finland
  • Belgium
  • Sweden
  • Moldova
  • Israel
  • Serbia
  • Croatia
  • Lithuania
  • Poland

When will the second semi-final of Eurovision 2026 take place?

The second semi-final of the song contest will take place on Thursday, 16 May. That evening, representatives from the following countries will take to the stage:

  • Azerbaijan: Jiva – Just Go
  • Bulgaria: Dara – Bangaranga
  • Armenia: Simón – Paloma Rumba
  • Luxembourg: Eva Marija – "Mother Nature"
  • Romania: Alexandra Căpitănescu – Choke Me
  • Czech Republic: Daniel Žižka – Crossroads
  • Switzerland: Veronica Fusaro – Alice
  • Albania: Alis – "Nân"
  • Australia: Delta Goodrem – Eclipse
  • Denmark: Søren Torpegaard Lund – Før vi går hjem
  • Cyprus: Antigoni – Jalla
  • Latvia: Atvara – Ēnā
  • Malta: Aidan – "Bella"
  • Norway: Jonas Lovv – Ya ya ya
  • Ukraine: Leleka – Ridnym

As a reminder, bookmakers have previously assessed whether Ukrainian singer LELÉKA can win "Eurovision 2026".
