The Cabinet of Ministers approved new rules: Ukrainians will be automatically registered with the TCC.
Military reservists who are not registered in the military register will be registered based on information from the registers.

This is reported by thepublic.info citing Resolution No. 1203 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

According to the document, military-eligible Ukrainian men who are not registered for military service will be automatically registered based on information from registers (including through the "Trembita" system).

Specifically, data will be used from:

  • The Unified State Demographic Register
  • The departmental information system of the State Migration Service
  • Other information systems, registers, and databases (banks)
  • The Unified State Register "Oberig"

The registration takes place at the place of registered residence. If a man does not have a registered or declared place of residence, his registration is carried out through the Territorial Center for Recruitment (TCC), as determined by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

At the same time, the resolution provides that young men who are to register for military service for the first time between January 1 and July 31 of the year they turn 17 can do so through an electronic cabinet using an electronic signature or in person at the TCC and Military Commissariat. Only those serving a sentence or under compulsory medical measures are not registered. For those who fail to register within the specified period, registration is only possible through personal attendance at the TCC.
