Kyivstar has launched a business marketplace: which services are available first
Kyivstar has launched a new business marketplace
Kyivstar has launched a new Business Marketplace — an online platform offering digital solutions from partners for sales, marketing, customer service and HR. The first solutions to be featured on the platform are CRM systems, as well as virtual PBX and telephony services.

This has been announced by Kyivstar. Some product pages are already available on the company’s Business HUB.

The company says that the new marketplace is set to become a single point of entry for businesses to proven digital tools. The platform’s logic is simple: an entrepreneur accesses the catalogue, selects a category, compares several solutions and submits a request via a built-in form, which the system automatically forwards to the partner. On the service cards, the user sees the product name, key features, pricing, integrations and use cases. Separately, Kyivstar promises exclusive terms from partners — discounts, additional features or an extended trial period.

According to Kyivstar’s Director of Business Development for the Corporate Market, Kostyantyn Vechor, the platform was created to simplify the selection of digital solutions for companies and provide partners with a new channel for customer acquisition. At launch, the marketplace featured two categories — CRM systems and virtual PBXs with telephony. In future releases, the company plans to add marketing services, HR platforms, chatbot builders, training solutions and other digital tools for business.

Among the CRM solutions that Kyivstar has already brought to the platform is AdSaver.CRM. In the service description, it is described as a system for sales management and advertising performance analytics with call tracking, its own IP telephony, automation and integrations all within a single dashboard. Key features include the digitisation of all enquiries, end-to-end analytics, an adaptive interface, process automation and sales funnel management. A special offer is also available for this product on the marketplace: 10% off the CRM or 15% off the CRM and telephony when paying for six months in advance. The basic AdSaver.CRM tariff in the service listing starts from 950 UAH per month per user.

Another CRM solution that Kyivstar is promoting on Business HUB is NetHunt CRM. In its selection of CRM systems, the company describes it as a service for large and small B2B companies, combining a customer database, sales funnel, process automation, tasks and team performance monitoring within a single environment. Among the features highlighted by Kyivstar are integration with messaging apps, lead generation from online chats, integration with telephony, automatic data structuring, and tracking of key business metrics.

In the telephony category, UniTalk was one of the first services to launch. On the marketplace, it is presented as a business communications platform featuring a virtual PBX, a single hub for chats, and integration with CRM and AI tools. The service description states that the system supports flexible call routing, voice menus, real-time dashboards, recording of all conversations, and automatic callbacks for missed calls. A separate UniTalk Chat module combines online chat on the website, Telegram, Instagram, Viber and email into a single feed, whilst AI features handle language analytics and the voice agent. The UniTalk starter package for three workstations costs from 300 UAH per month, the Business package from 1,200 UAH, and the Corporation package from 4,800 UAH.

Another service in this category is Ringostat. Kyivstar describes it as an AI platform for business communications featuring smart IP telephony, CRM integrations, call quality monitoring, call tracking, and detailed analytics for sales and marketing. The service description states that Ringostat allows users to manage calls, messages from messengers and CRM within a single app, automatically evaluate calls, transcribe conversations, track problematic calls and collect enquiries via a multi-widget on the website. The platform also offers a promo code for a free month of the Basic plan for three users, with plans starting from 379 UAH per month per user, Pro from 759 UAH, and Corporate from 1,189 UAH. Kyivstar is also marking

the launch of the marketplace with a corporate campaign. In a press release, the company notes that as of the end of 2025, it served around 22.4 million mobile subscribers and over 1.2 million fixed-line subscribers, and over the past three years has allocated over 4.4 billion UAH to support the Armed Forces, subscribers and social projects. The company views the platform itself as a tool for strengthening its partnership model and expanding its presence in the business solutions segment.

As a reminder, from 7 April, Kyivstar will begin the gradual phasing out of 3G in parts of settlements across four regions of Ukraine. The operator is migrating subscribers to 4G and advises them to check their smartphone settings and SIM card in advance.
