More Russian troops have entered Kostyantynivka; the military are warning of a critical situation
Kostiantynivka
Щонайменше сотня росіян зайшла в Костянтинівку. Противника фіксують у центрі міста. За словами військових, зараз Сили оборони України ліквідовують менше росіян, ніж їх заходить у місто.

This is discussed in the Hromadske article ‘Will Kostiantynivka hold out until the end of summer?’.

Three commanders reported that over a hundred Russian soldiers have already infiltrated Kostiantynivka. One of them believes the actual number may be closer to 250, as it is difficult to accurately count the number of enemy groups.

“The enemy has wedged itself into the city centre. This is no longer infiltration — it is enemy resistance,” said one of the interviewees.

According to him, the Ukrainian Defence Forces are currently eliminating fewer Russians than are entering the city.

“Given how rapidly events are unfolding there, the problems will only grow over time. It is entirely possible that we will lose Kostiantynivka by the end of the summer. The enemy is pressing very hard,” noted another commander.

As a reminder, it was previously reported that the Ukrainian military had achieved local successes on two sections of the front: in the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions. At the same time, Russian troops are continuing their offensive operations on a number of fronts, though without confirmed results.
