Night-time attack on Odessa: destruction in the Khadzhibey district and injured residents
This has been reported by the Odessa Military Administration
Three residents of the city sustained injuries of varying severity as a result of the aggressor’s attack. Two of the victims are currently in hospital under medical supervision, whilst another man will receive outpatient treatment. All those injured have been provided with the necessary medical care.
Extent of damage and utilities
As of this morning, significant damage to apartment blocks has been recorded: hundreds of window frames and dozens of balconies have been damaged, several of which have been completely destroyed.

Electricity and water are available in the affected buildings.

The gas supply has been temporarily cut off for safety reasons until inspections are completed.
Clean-up and assistance for residents
Over 100 utility service specialists and specialist equipment have been deployed to the scene. To support residents:

A mobile ‘Resilience Centre’ has been set up.

The district administration is accepting applications for compensation from the city budget and under the state ‘e-Recovery’ programme.
