Jerry Heil's label announced that all financial and legal issues have been settled, and the artist will continue to develop the project independently.

The music label Nova Music, founded in 2023 by singer Jerry Heil, together with performer Kazhanna (Anna Makienko), has issued a joint statement announcing the end of their collaboration. The parties published the corresponding announcement on Instagram.

The statement notes that from now on, all processes related to the project will be exclusively under Kazhan's control. The label will no longer be involved in organisational matters or any agreements. Nova Music emphasised that both parties have fulfilled their obligations.

Representatives of the label also reported that all financial and legal aspects of the cooperation had been settled through negotiations. In particular, Kazhan has been recognised as the sole owner of the trademark. The Nova Music team provided the artist with full reports for the period of their joint work and transferred the distribution of the back catalogue.

In addition, the label transferred to the performer all of its share of property rights to musical works, phonograms, video clips and other materials created during the collaboration, as well as all access to the relevant platforms and pages.

Nova Music emphasised that even in difficult times, it is important to find common ground and overcome misunderstandings through dialogue. For her part, Kazhanna succinctly commented on the end of the collaboration with the word "celebrate".
