Over the past 24 hours, there have been 213 combat engagements on the front line, with the highest number of attacks recorded in the Pokrovsk sector

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have carried out more than 200 attacks along the front line and launched dozens of air strikes. The situation remained most tense in the Pokrovsk, Huliaipole and Lyman sectors.

The 1,573rd day of the Russian Federation’s large-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 213 combat engagements were recorded on the front line over the past 24 hours.

According to updated information, Russian troops carried out 81 air strikes and dropped 244 guided bombs. In addition, the enemy deployed 9,752 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,131 attacks on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas. Of these, 70 were carried out using multiple launch rocket systems.

Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Air Force, missile forces and artillery struck 14 areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, two artillery systems and two drone control centres.

Two combat engagements took place in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors. Russian troops carried out three air strikes using six guided bombs and conducted 65 shelling attacks, including three from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Southern Slobozhanskyi sector, Ukrainian forces repelled eight attacks near Hraniv, Vovchansk, Starytsia, and in the direction of Ternova and Izbytske.

In the Kupiansk direction, five attempts by the enemy to advance were recorded in the areas of Novoplatonivka, Novoosynove and Kurylivka.

In the Lyman sector, Russian forces made 17 attempts to breach defences near Novomykhailivka, Novoselivka, Zarichne, Yampil, and in the directions of Drobysheve, Ozerny, Lyman and Dibrova.

In the Sloviansk sector, the enemy launched ten assaults in the directions of Rai-Oleksandrivka and Kryva Luka, as well as in the Zakytne area.

No offensive actions were recorded in the Kramatorsk sector.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, the occupiers carried out 15 attacks near Pleshchiivka, Kostiantynivka, Illinivka and Stepanivka.

The highest number of assaults was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction. Here, Ukrainian defenders repelled 30 attacks in the areas of Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Nikanorivka, Kotlyne, Udachne and Filiya, as well as in the directions of Bilytske, Shevchenko, Serhiivka, Dorozhne, Vilne, Kuchero-Yar and Novopavlivka.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy launched two attacks near Oleksandrohrad and Vorone.

In the Huliaipole sector, Russian forces carried out 23 attacks in the areas of Dobropillia, Huliaipole, Pryluky and in the directions of Huliaipole, Hirkyi, Verkhnia Tersa, Zaliznychne, Vozdvyzhivka and Charivne.

In the Orikhiv sector, Ukrainian forces repelled one attack near Shcherbakiv.

In the Dnipro sector, the enemy did not carry out any offensive operations.

In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of offensive groupings were detected.

According to the General Staff, Russian forces suffered 1,320 casualties over the past 24 hours. The Defence Forces also destroyed five tanks, ten armoured fighting vehicles, 72 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, one air defence system, three ground-based robotic systems, 2,314 unmanned aerial vehicles, 416 vehicles and eight pieces of specialist equipment.
