Juvenile prosecutors of the Boryspil district prosecutor's office have sent an indictment to court against a 22-year-old resident of Boryspil - a former teacher of one of the local lyceums.

The man, abusing the trust of children and his authority as a teacher, repeatedly committed sexual violence against three 12-year-old students, reports ThePublic.info citing the Office of the Prosecutor General.

The crime came to light after one of the victims confided in their mother about what they experienced. Following this, the man was detained. Additionally, during the investigation, it was established that the accused filmed videos and took photos of a pornographic nature involving minors.

He is charged with crimes under parts 4 and 6 of Article 153 and part 3 of Article 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (sexual violence against minors committed repeatedly; production of child pornography).

"Currently, the man is in custody. If proven guilty in court, the former teacher faces life imprisonment," the prosecutor's office noted.
