Intensive training for Ukrainian military personnel is currently underway in Poland as part of the EU Mission (EUMAM Ukraine). The programme focuses on practical skills that are essential on the modern battlefield

This has been reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Specialisation and assault training

Under the auspices of the Combined Arms Training Centre (CAT-C), Ukrainian specialists are undergoing training in several key areas:

Maintenance: training technicians to diagnose and repair VAB armoured personnel carriers directly in operational conditions.
Urban tactics: practising procedures for entering buildings and conducting combat operations indoors.

Poland remains a key logistics and training hub, providing advanced military infrastructure for instructors from across the European Union. This enables Ukrainian soldiers to gain experience quickly and return to combat duties.
