After strikes on Kyiv's energy infrastructure, power has been restored to 162,000 homes
In Kyiv, energy companies have restored power to 162,000 homes that were left without electricity as a result of a night-time attack on the capital's energy facilities. This was reported by DTEK.
According to the energy company, more than 335,000 Kyiv residents were left without power after the shelling. As of now, power has been restored to more than half of consumers.
At the same time, about 173,000 families remain temporarily without electricity. Specialists are working around the clock, focusing primarily on restoring critical infrastructure and gradually restoring power to residential buildings.
DTEK reminded that emergency power cuts are currently in effect in the capital, so hourly schedules are not being applied.
Energy workers thanked Kyiv residents for their understanding and support during the elimination of the consequences of the shelling.
