Poland Cancels Meeting with Orbán — Ukraine Calls It the “Right Decision”
As ThePublic.info reports, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha publicly supported the decision of Polish President Karol Nawrocki not to hold a planned meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán. The Ukrainian minister announced this on social media platform X.
It became known that Marcin Przydacz, head of the Bureau of International Policy of the Polish president’s office, stated that the meeting was cancelled due to Orbán’s visit to Moscow, where he held talks with Vladimir Putin.
Sybiha described the decision as “a truly good one”, emphasizing that it reflects Poland’s firm stance and strong sense of solidarity. According to him, this step by Warsaw reaffirms its commitment to European unity and security at a crucial time.
