Singer ADAM (Mykhailo Klymenko) has died: the legendary author of ‘Dance with Me Slowly’ passed away
Mykhailo Klymenko, frontman of the band ADAM, died from complications of tuberculous meningitis. The artist fought for his life for several months but did not survive the illness.

On Sunday, 7 December 2025, Ukrainian singer and composer Mykhailo Klymenko, known by his stage name ADAM, died at the age of 38. The news was announced on his official Instagram page. ‘Unfortunately, Misha's kind heart stopped beating this morning,’ the post reads.

The artist had been seriously ill for the past few months — he was diagnosed with tuberculous meningitis. He was in intensive care and was in a coma for a long time; his family and colleagues repeatedly asked fans to pray for his recovery.

Mykhailo Klymenko, co-founder of the band ADAM, author and performer of hits such as ‘Dance with Me Slowly,’ ‘Personal Paradise,’ ‘Au Au,’ ‘Like You,’ and others, left a significant mark on the domestic music scene.

The artist's death came as a shock to fans and colleagues. From now on, they will remember his voice, songs, and the style that brought a new breath of fresh air to contemporary Ukrainian pop music. We mourn his passing.
