Rain, thunderstorms, hail and a drop in temperature: what will the weather be like in Ukraine on 3 July?

Weather in Ukraine
Today in Ukraine it will be cloudy with some sunny spells.
In most of the western and northern regions, as well as in Vinnytsia, and during the day in the central, Odesa and Mykolaiv regions, there will be moderate, and in places heavy, rain, thunderstorms, and in some areas hail and squalls of 15–20 m/s. The rest of the country will remain dry.
The wind will be north-westerly, and easterly in the east of the country, at 5–10 m/s.
Daytime temperatures will range from 29–34°, 25–30° in the Kyiv region; and 22–27° in the western regions, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions.
Weather in Kyiv
In Kyiv and the surrounding region, it will be cloudy with sunny spells today.
During the day, there will be heavy rain and thunderstorms, with hail and squalls of 15–20 m/s in some areas.
The wind will be north-westerly, 5–10 m/s.
Daytime temperatures across the region will be 25–30°, and in Kyiv 26–28°.
Heatwave in Ukraine
As a reminder, the end of June in Ukraine was scorching – new record high temperatures have already been recorded in various regions of the country.
At the same time, the record-breaking heatwave in Ukraine is gradually coming to an end. Meteorologists have already shared some good news – air temperatures may soon return to quite comfortable levels.
